Responsibilities::-
- Raw Material Inspection: Inspect incoming batches of potatoes to confirm quality, size, and freshness. Identify any defects, such as bruising or mold, that could affect the final product.
2. Process Monitoring: Monitor the various stages of production, from washing, peeling, and cutting to frying, freezing, and packaging. Ensure that each stage adheres to specific quality and safety standards.
3. Quality Control Tests:
- Color and Texture: Inspect fries for consistent color and texture to meet product specifications.
- Size Consistency: Measure and confirm uniformity in length and thickness, essential for cooking time and product presentation.
- Temperature Checks: Verify that all processes, especially frying and freezing, meet the required temperatures for quality and safety.

1. Quality Control Testing:
