Project Manager


  • Should have handled construction and civil work of building from inception.
  • Expertise in managing multiple construction projects at a time.
  • He would be responsible for overseeing the planning, execution and completion of civil engineering projects and preparation of BOQ.
  • Preparation of schedule and review the same on regular basis with the concerned agencies
  • Preparation of proposals & Bill of Quantities for various infrastructural works required for successful completion of the tasks.
  • Coordination with all stakeholders, clients, architect, contractors and contractors.
  • Review of progress and take corrective actions for individual areas.
  • Ensuring timely availability of materials for achieving progress.
  • Implementation of safety in various activities as per norms.
  • Coordination with different departments
  • Setup SOPs & checklist after various activities.
  • Added advantage if person is having knowledge for REVIT, BIM, CAD etc.
  • Decide project implementation and prepare cash line.
  • Ensure accuracy of all financial and metric data in accordance with contractual requirement 
  • Reviews and analyse company expenditure, financial, and operation reports to determine requirements needed for increasing/ensuring profitability

Applicants Criteria:


Education: MCSE or A+ or any relevant Degree/Diploma


Experience: 4 to 8 years


Location: Nairobi


Responsibilities:

  • Manage Microsoft Server administrative tasks such as the Active Directory, Group Policy Management, Print Management and DNS. This includes installing, updating, configuring and monitoring these systems.
  • Managing the anti-virus and other security software. This includes installing, updating, configuring and monitoring the antivirus system using and ensuring that a virus scan is performed at least once every week on all computers.
  • Administer the IT infrastructure- switches, firewalls, routers and server.
  • Setting up backup software, where applicable, and monitoring backups and testing restorations. This should be done for sensitive computers.
  • Assist to setup, configure, monitor and maintain the operating systems on all the workstations and servers.
  • Assist to setup, configure, monitor and maintain the network equipment and systems.
  • Assist to setup, configure, monitor and maintain whatever other infrastructure as required by the ICT departments needs
  • Perform regular security monitoring to identify any possible intrusions
  • Support server, network and desktop hardware, software and applications
  • Deploy PCs and associated peripherals including new installations and the redeployment of existing equipment. This includes inspecting equipment, structures or materials to identify the cause of errors or other problems of defects
  • Direct cabling, configuring and installing computer hardware and computer networks and software for network and stand-alone
  • Help Desk support to internal and external clients
  • Perform network troubleshooting to isolate and diagnose common network problems
  • Train users on computer hardware, software and other electronic office equipment
  • Liaise with colleagues to ensure continuity of service for all users
  • Support of printers and other networked peripherals
  • Install, configure, operate and maintain ICT hardware and software systems and related infrastructure
  • Facilitate, troubleshoot and repair malfunctioning hardware
  • Keep proper inventory of all IT equipment i.e. asset register
  • Any other duties as may be assigned by superiors from time to time
