Role & responsibilities
- To help HSE Manager achieve and sustain the "Zero accident" objective and
apply the HSE principles at the operational level and implement safety rules established by AL Group and ALMEMs management. - As Subject Matter Expert in the Job Hazard Analysis technique, the Job Hazard Analysis Facilitator is responsible for:
leading health and safety risk assessments through the Job Hazard Analysis methodology,
ensuring that the proposed hazard control measures will properly address occupational health and
safety risks, and
supporting the Facilities and Activities in the implementation of the proposed hazard control measures. - Ensure that the HSE aspect is taken into consideration in all kinds of activities
around various workshops.
Establish, maintain and enforce facility safety and health and environmental policies, practices, and procedures to comply with local laws and regulations and companys rules. - Implement preventive measure and recommend improvement on the unsafe
conditions / material / equipment,
Preferred candidate profile
- Bachelor's degree or higher - Preference toward Science, Engineering or Safety.
- 5+ years of experience in the chemical, oil and gas , Petrochemical industry, Heavy equipment Industry/ Marine Industry.
- Should have NEBOSH / IOSH Certification
