Service Coordinator for Alexandria, Egypt

The job responsibilities are not limited to:

* Provide back office support to Service Sales/Service/Spare Parts Engineers with the following Task
* Preparing Service Quotation, AMC proposals with predefined formats
* Monitor Service Sales Enquiry on daily basis and maintain the records & follow ups
* Service Order processing eg. Customer creation in system, credit approvals, Service Sales Report for job (transfer sheet) and submit to Service Coordinator for execution.
* Updating service enquiry & quotation records and updating on CRM against all Service Sales Engineers
* Maintaining enquiry, quotation, order status reports and updating on daily basis and reporting to management as required.
* Submit monthly KPI of enquiry response time (enquiry to quotation)
* Follow up for renewals of maintenance contracts directly with customers.
* Follow up of payments if necessary
* Ensuring the availability all Pats in time at Warehouse as per commitment to customers.
* Monitoring delivery of Parts by suppliers to ensure they are on time.


* Egyptian nationals will be given a preferrence because of the criticality of the role
* Minimum 3 - 4 year experience in After Market/Sales coordinating role
* Familiar with sales process, report and related documents
* Basic Knowledge of HVAC and Engineering Service is an advantage
* Business or Engineering graduate
* Good communication skills in English (both written and oral compulsory)
* Proficiency in MS Excel and Lotus Notes
* Multitasking skill
* Good verbal and written communication skill
* Good inter-personal skills
