Training Manager for Lagos, Nigeria

Position/Job Role : Training Manager

Qualification : BE/BTech/MBA

Experience : 10 to 15 years

Grade : Manager/Sr. Manager

Age : 32 to 37 years

Job Location : Nigeria - Lagos

Skills Required:
He should be an Engineer, preferably Chemical OR can be Mechanical also. If he has done MBA - full time or part time, can be an added advantage.
After the initial technical experience, he should have moved in to the Training profession and been there for at least 8 to 10 years. 
Should have the potential to drive the training interventions independently. 
Should have been working in large industries - Petrochemicals and Fertilizer. 

Should have very good knowledge on and hands on experience in the
following:
Conceiving, designing and implanting technical and management development programs for all levels of employees.
Designing technical training modules
Preparation and circulation of annual and monthly training calendars. 
Evaluation of training schemes and implanting corrective measures
Companywide- knowledge management initiatives
Effective coordination with all line managers and other associates
