Responsible for overall planning and scheduling and MIS activities at site
Preparation/ Review of L3 & L4 construction Schedule in coordination with Contractors at site
Regularly review/ update the Project schedule and identify critical paths
Evaluate project progress in line with the contract schedule and budget
Identify bottleneck and critical activities and initiate steps for achieving the planned targets of the project.


Generation of following MIS reports - 
o Site Daily progress report
o Weekly progress report
o 3 Week Lookahead Plan
o Three months look ahead plan along with Catch up plan
o Red Flag Report
o Construction S curve


Shall carry out resource requirement planning for desired output of the work & arrange discussion with various stakeholders to mobilize the desired resources
Knowledge of financial forecast and cost monitoring.
Generating site fund requirement statement
Organize various progress reviews at site level & prepare the action plan for achieving the targets as per schedule
Leading the Site Progress review meetings with Employer
Interface with Customer Project Controls team for understanding and implementing the Customer requirements in reporting and MIS
Carrying out Work front analysis and communicating with the stakeholders for the same


Good presentational skills & analytical skills with the ability to provide solutions to issues.
Self-motivated with sound interpersonal skills coupled with a confident style of behavior.
