Share Point Administrator

>Must have 3 year experience 
>Should be completed Graduation in Internet /Share point design,Development,dDeployment and Customer Training>
> Troubleshoot issues related with SharePoint Server, SharePoint clients and other technologies like FAST/ESP, SharePoint Search, and InfoPath.
> Deliver technical support for MS Share point Server and related technologies.
> Troubleshooting issues with integrated technologies like WSS, Active Directory, SQL, IIS and 
Exchange server.
> Effective communication to manage customer expectations.
> Participating in case and technical Triages.
> High customer satisfaction through timely and accurate solution for customers issue.
> Content creation.
> Meet customer and individual commitments.
Candidate Profile
> Sound experience in windows server platforms and business applications. 
> Knowledge of Windows 2003, FAST/ESP or InfoPath would be added advantage. 
> Experience in Windows Active Directory Services and IIS. 
> Good understanding of Operating System and Networking Technologies.
> Strong skills in troubleshooting security-related issues involving NTFS, IIS and Active Directory / LDAP and SQL Server
> MCSE/MCSD certifications desired.
> Customer handling experience on technical issue is desired
> Ability to work through ambiguity and independently when other resources are not available.
> Good English Communication Skills - Spoken and Written (including technical writing).
> Strong Trouble Shooting and problem solving skills.

IT Asset Management
1) Must be Familiarity and Experience with the Army Property Accountabilty.
2) Should be knowledge hand Recipt Policies and Procedures.
3) Complete store administration and ensure compliance with policies and procedures
4) Maintaining statistical and store financial records
5)Dealing with customer queries and complaints and overseeing pricing and stock control
Sub Skills
6) Manage stock levels and make key decisions about stock control
7) Controls inventory levels by conducting physical counts; reconciling with data storage systems.

IT Helpdesk Engineer
a. Lead Help Desk Technician Minimum qualification is 5 (five) years of experience in Help Desk
operations, 2 (two) years leading a Help Desk Team and Microsoft Certified Solutions Associate
(MCSA) in a current Windows Operating System certification.
b. Help Desk Technician Minimum qualification is 3 (three) years of experience in Help Desk
operations and Microsoft Certified Solutions Associate (MCSA) in a current Windows Operating
System certifications.
c. At least one of the Help Desk Technicians will have one year experience with provisioning iPhones
and Mobile Iron.
Network Engineer (Field)
Inside/Outside Plant 
The contractor shall ensure that each of the following requirements are met by the contract team:
i. Inside and Outside Plant operations (2 years experience)
ii. Cabling Cat5/Cat6 Ethernet cabling (2 years experience)
iii. Ethernet punch-down and termination (2 years experience)
iv. Fiber termination (2 years experience)
v. Coaxial cable termination (2 years experience)
vi. Very Small Aperture Terminal (VSAT) satellite dish and hardware setup and tear-down, to
include satellite dishes and other VSAT components to include but not be limited to Cabling,
Feed Horn Assemblies, LNBs, Power Injectors, BUCs, Netmodems (2 years experience)
vii. Experience with various point-to-point telecommunications technologies setup and support (2 years experience)
System Administrator Team Head
a. Lead System Administrator Minimum of 5 (five) years of experience managing and administering
a minimum of forty (40) servers (physical and/or virtual) and shows knowledge of working with
multiple vendors. Microsoft Certified Systems Engineer (MCSE) 2012R2 in Server Infrastructure
certification.

System Administrator 

Minimum qualification is 3 (three) years of experience and the Microsoft
Certified Systems Engineer (MCSE) 2012R2 in Server Infrastructure certification.
c. At least one of the System Administration team mush have; VMWare Certified Professional 5 Data
Center Virtualization (VCP5-DCV) or higher.
d. At least one of the System Administration team must have a minimum of 1 (one) year Red Hat Linux
experience.
e. At least one of the contract team will have a minimum of 1 (one) year of experience operating as a
f) Data Base Administrator (DBA).
