Sr. Mechanical Supervisor

Roles and Responsibilities

• To manage / supervise discipline construction activities in the area to ensure that all works are completed according to design, on schedule and to appropriate levels of HSE & quality.
• Shall report to the Construction Co-ordinator in relevant operational area.

Desired Candidate Profile

• Degree / Diploma in Mechanical Engineering
• Minimum of 10 years with experience in Oil & Gas construction and pre-commissioning activities in the large Engineering & construction organisation work as a supervisory position, at least five years of which shall have been gained in the Middle East.
• Experience in Pumps, Control valves, Air Compressor, Generators, hot taps, flowlines pipelines and pipework (in a variety of materials), Competent in Process Flange Assembly and Small Bore Tubing Assembly.

Permit Holder - PDO (Civil / Electrical / Mechanical / Instrument)

Desired Candidate Profile

Degree / Diploma in Engineering with minimum 5 Years Experience

Should have PDO approved Permit Holder Card / Authentication.

PDO / Shell / ORPIC / BP / Daleel experience preferred.
Should be familiar with work in O&G projects like flowlines, Pipelines piping, Installation and
alignment of equipments /structures etc
Should have good communication in English

Responsibilities

Responsible for execution of assigned scope of work and Coordinate tasks as per priorities and plans. Can read and understand drawings, plans and blueprints.
Understand schedules and monitor attendance of crew as per plan.
Allocate general and dailiy responsibilities.
Ensure manpower and resources are adequate.
Supervise the use of machinery & equipments in the most cost effective manner.
Monitor expenditure and ensure it remains within the budget.
Resolve problems as and when arises.
Report on progress of activities to Supervisors / Engineers.
Must adhere to PDO safety standards and compliance to PDO HSE approved procedure

Sr. Civil Supervisor

Roles and Responsibilities

Desired Candidate Profile

• Diploma / Degree in Civil Engineering
• Minimum of 10 years with experience in Oil & Gas construction and pre-commissioning activities in the large Engineering & construction organisation work as a supervisory position, at least five years of which shall have been gained in the Middle East.
• Experience in Earthworks, reinforced concrete foundations and structures, structural steelwork, and general builder's work

Sr. Electrical Supervisor - CEP / AEP / PA

• Graduate in Electrical Engineering
• Minimum 10 years experience in a reputed firm(s) in electrical engineering works.
• A valid PDO Card is a Must for CEP / AEP

Sr. Construction Engineer - Off Plot / On-Plot Project

• Degree in Civil / Mechanical Engineering with minimum 15 Years relevant Experience
  
  
• Experience in Construction projects of Min 50 Million USD within the Oil & Gas Off plot / On plot projects

Relay Testing Engineer - PDO

Roles and Responsibilities

• To execute all electrical Protection preventative and corrective activities (if any), all electrical protection relays, schematic checks, CT and VT testing.
• He/she shall report to the Supervisor in relevant operational area.

• The individual shall possess PDO AEP (Authorised Electrical Person) authority certificate after successfully undergoing LV and HV ESR courses. He shall be well versed with PDO Electrical Safety Rules & Electrical Safety Operating Procedures and electrical permit system. He should also be familiar with PDO Health Safety & Environment (HSE) rules and specifications.
• The above condition of having AEP certificate can be relaxed if he is accompanied by an AEP, as defined in the ESR and ESOP for the following cases:
• Relay Vendor engineer carrying out testing own make relays
• Contractor's testing engineer with project specific basis approval
  
  Desired Candidate Profile

• Graduate in Electrical Engineering
• Minimum 10 years experience in a reputed firm(s) in electrical engineering works. Out of the 10 years he shall possess at least 3 years experience in testing and commissioning of protection system including trouble shooting.
• Experience in testing and commissioning of large gas turbine power stations, high voltage transmission system, and high voltage substations etc. is a must, as appropriate for the certification category requested. He should have a good knowledge of latest electrical protection relays and testing equipment

Senior Project Control & Planning Engineer - Site Based

Roles and Responsibilities

• Proficiency in the use of PCs, data management and planning software for oil & gas projects.
• Experience with Primavera P6 planning is a must.
• Shall have the ability and experience to build logic precedence networks, challenge the logic proposed by other disciplines in order to optimise project planning.
• Shall be able to build resource activity plans, including ongoing update, change control, progress reporting, etc.
• Good communication skills.
• Particular Proficiency in project control, planning and reporting software.
• Personal Requires a good general multi-discipline knowledge / awareness.
• The job will require a lot of interaction with other disciplines and therefore good inter-personal and communication skills are required.
• Build overall plans and schedules for the execution phase of projects, provides plans and schedules for ad-hoc construction service requests, integrated plans.
• Responsible for work activity progress reporting and regular update of plans and schedules.
• Work in close co-operation with Company Engineering & Operations planning department, for engineering,
• construction, and CSU planning, inclusive reporting, Primavera P6 entry, SAP daily service entry, and Bi-
• weekly/Monthly reports submissions.
• Resource optimisation / prioritisation in conjunction with Project Engineers / Construction Co-ordinators(s).
• Early warning of plan delays and proposals for mitigation to Project Engineers / Construction Co-ordinators for resolution.
• Provide assistance in job preparation to Project Engineers.

Desired Candidate Profile

• Degree (B.E. / B.Tech) in relevant Engineering discipline and membership of internationally accepted applicable professional Institute.
• Minimum of 15 years experience in project management of oil and gas facilities, Primavera Planning Software (P6), and SAP utilisation in oil and gas projects .
• Proficiency in Project Control, Planning and Reporting Software - Primavera P6
• It is a coastal / site based job

Project Control & Planning Engineer - Site Based
