Services Manager

Manage the service center financial targets & take necessary actions for improvement. Manage day to day operational duties to ensure quality workmanship and high service standards. Identify business opportunities for improvement and expansion.

Required Candidate profile

Experience in managing multibrand Service centers, Expertise in developing and managing Standard Operating Practices (SOPs ) for the service centers, Team handling experience must

• Experience in managing multibrand Service centers
• Expertise in developing and managing Standard Operating Practices (SOPs ) for the service centers
• Revamp one of our biggest service center & managing workforce of 48 employees in this location.

Required Candidate profile

• Age - 30-45 - Male.
• Preferred from Toyota Kirloskar, 3M, Bosch, CarZ, GoMechanic, Pitstop, FirstChoice.

4+ years experience

Service Advisor

• Experience in automotive diagnostics, upselling, customer interaction
• Managing/ coordinating with technicians
• Worked with good volume of cars per day
• String automotive background and knowledge.

Required Candidate profile

Age - 28-35
Gender - Male.

3+ years experience
