The Company

Tarachand & Sons fondly known TCSONS TRADING was established in 1995 and since its inception the company has been steadily growing as a general merchandise company, dealing in foodstuffs, textile, electronics, automobiles, pharmaceuticals, Healthcare and other sundry products.

We have large variety of products under our very own brand "Chaya" & "Tcsco". Also we are authorized distributor of LG Electronics in Mali, Niger and TVS Motors in Mali. We supply to the UN camps in West African region.

TCSONS specific requirement


1. Experience with expatriate management

2. Proficiency in Hindi and any other Indian language is preferred.

3. Proficiency in French language

4. Strong leadership and people management skills
5. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
6. Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
7. Knowledge of expatriate management and local labor laws 8. Should be able to counsel and motivate the employees

9. Ability to facilitate learning & development requirements/needs of organization


Academic qualification

  1. Bachelor Degree in HR, Business Admin, or related field
  2. Minimum 5 years HR management experience

Responsibilities:

  1. Employees attendance & leave management
  2. Payroll management
  3. Update Organizational chart for each vertical whenever there is organizational change & ensure that the same is communicated with all employees.
  4. Handhold process owners to define Competence requirements, Roles,
    Responsibilities, and Authorities for each position a) Initially for all existing positions
    b) Whenever new position is created
  5. Recruitment of required position a) Sourcing
    b) Facilitating interview process c) Communication of result with candidate d) Contract preparation e) Negotiation f) On boarding
  6. Induction of newly recruited employee
  7. Facilitate employees and visitors with basic necessities, including stationery at work place
  8. Monitor and control employee attendance and leaves as per company policy
  9. Identify Key Result Areas for each position
    9.1 Develop Review frequency and methodology
    9.2 Conduct self-assessment by employees and their reporting officers
    9.3 Conduct performance reviews with Top Management
    9.4 Develop and implement appraisal systems

10.Facilitating employees and visitors with comfortable accommodation

10.1 Develop review methods, checklists & metrics for monitoring performance, use them as per defined frequency

11.Training Need Identification

12.Training planning

13.Identify internal and external trainers
14.Ensure that process owners Map skills and competence of their team members
15.Develop methods to evaluate training effectiveness
16.Identify and conduct employee engagement activities
17.Management of termination of contract
18.Document employee grievances related to workplace harmony, facilities, and compensations

19.Coordinate with top management and process owners in resolving respective issues

20.Form Safety, POSH, and disciplinary committees involving employees

21.Conduct reviews, report to management and take actions
