We are looking for a skilled HR Executive to join our HR department. The ideal candidate will play a critical role in supporting the overall human resources operations, including recruitment, onboarding, employee engagement, performance management, and compliance. You will ensure the organization runs smoothly, adhering to all HR policies and procedures.


Key Responsibilities:


Recruitment & Selection: Source and screen candidates through various channels (job portals, social networks, etc.).
Conduct interviews and manage the recruitment process.
Coordinate with department heads to identify staffing needs and provide recruitment updates.
Onboarding & Offboarding: Manage employee onboarding processes, including documentation, orientation, and induction.
Conduct exit interviews and offboarding formalities.
HR Policies & Compliance: Implement and enforce HR policies and procedures in compliance with labor laws and company standards.
Maintain employee records and ensure compliance with statutory requirements.
Employee Engagement & Relations: Plan and execute employee engagement initiatives, including team-building activities and recognition programs.
Address employee queries, and grievances, and maintain a positive work environment.
Payroll & Benefits: Coordinate with the finance department for timely payroll processing.
Administer employee benefits programs (health insurance, leave management, etc.).
Performance Management: Assist in performance evaluation processes, goal setting, and feedback sessions.
Support learning and development activities for employees.


Required Qualifications & Skills


Education: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
Experience: 1-3 years of experience in HR or a related role.


Skills:


Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Proficiency in HR software and Microsoft Office Suite.
Knowledge of labour laws and employment regulations.
Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information.
Problem-solving and decision-making skills.


Preferred Qualifications


Experience with HR analytics or data-driven HR practices.
Certification in Human Resources (e.g., SHRM, PHR) is a plus.
