IT Executive for Sonata Group in Cote D'Ivoire (2+ years experience)

We are looking for an IT Professional based out of our corporate office in Cote D'Ivoire (Ivory Coast, West Africa).

This is for Sonata Group (Lagata has BRC and Organic Certified factories in Cote DIvoire and Nigeria, with over 50,000 tonnes cashew processing capacity. We export premium cashew nuts to US, UK and Europe).

Role & responsibilities

• BCA/B.Tech. or equivalent.
• 2+ years experience of ERP like SAP/ Microsoft with exposure of Production or Inventory Management Process. Orion exposure is desirable.
• Must handled medium to large IT infrastructure.
• Managed Switch level troubleshooting experience.
• Firewall and Anti-Virus setup exposure.
• Good understanding and experience of formatting the system, OS installation,M365 Setup, improve system performance, printer configuration and troubleshooting.
• 2+ experience in Managing network related to LAN and WAN.
• Good knowledge of Excel.
• Coordination with various function and IT team.
• Good communication skill (English & Hindi)

CTC Range - 5 to 7 LPA (Appx 1000 USD per month + Local Allowance + Accommodation, Travel & Visa Benefits).
