JOB PURPOSE:
The role incumbent will have overall responsibility for driving and institutionalizing best practices. FMCG Experience is must !
Candidate Should Have a Valid Passport !!
Germany Location - VISA Flight & Accommodation for 1 month from the company side.
Experience Required: PG Mandatory & Minimum 2 years Max - 10 years Only FMCG Experience is required with Good Communication and a Valid Passport
Hindi, English, and Punjabi is a must, German Language will be Preferred
Role & Responsibilities
1. All aspects of a modern sales service offering.
2. Familiarization with our wide range of products in order to be able to present them to the customer in the best possible way.
3. Team and customer-oriented appearance and work
4. Regular observation of the market and the competition.
5. Ensuring order entry.
6. Data maintenance.
7. Completed commercial training is advantageous but not a requirement.
8. Professional experience in a comparable position is a prerequisite.
9. Positive charisma, excellent customer orientation and negotiation skills.
10. Independent and structured way of working, strategic and analytical thinking, assertiveness, flexibility and ability to work in a team.
11. Good written and spoken English, Hindi, Punjabi and German (preference) are desirable & concisely.
