10+ years experience

Hydrogenation Operator

Controlling equipment to process base oils used in manufacture of margarine, vanaspati, etc
Starting pumps to move pre-measured batches of refined oils or fats into converter vessel
Testing samples of batch using refractometer to ensure that hardness

Must have knowledge of Hydrogenation and IE process of edible oil industries

10+ years experience

Electrical & Instrumentation Engineer

All work related to automation, Electronics & Telecommunication.
Simulation & performance based analysis of various circuits
Power Consumption record & analysis
Forging Press, Hammer
Knowledge of PLC/ VLC and Electrical Circuit Diagrams

Having 5-8 years experience in Instrumentation and maintain side preference to work experience of edible oil industry

Knowledge of instrumentation & calibration of equipment

Boiler Incharge

Lead and manage a team of Boiler & CHP.
Day to day Operation & Maintenance-related activity for Boiler, CHP, AHP,
Compressors, Cooling Towers.
Operating boiler from Field & SCADA.
Troubleshooting of Running Problems.

Should have experience in running FBC boiler

Must be 1st class certificate holder
Fuel type – Bio fuel s (wood chips / briskets / coal pulverized)

Chemist

Conduct Inspection Tests & Analysis the Quality of Products
Implementation of SOPs & Adherence of ISO Norms & documentation
Maintain guidelines for Plant Hygiene, Cleanliness & Sanitation Practices
Monitor, maintain & update accurate data

Must have Knowledge of SFC analyzer testing / Dilatation Value Testing

5+ years experience

Quality Control Manager

Monitor raw material to finish product quality standards as per our specification
Maintain all record of analysis & data of quality assurance activities
Prepare monthly /Daily quality audit report
Advise blending ratio for our product specification.

Must have Knowledge of SFC analyzer testing / Dilatation Value Testing
