Position: Regional Business Manager

Location: UK, London

Type: Full-time

We are looking for an accomplished and strategic Regional Business Manager to business operations across Europe for a leading global multinational FMCG firm. The ideal candidate will have over 15 years of experience in the FMCG sector, with a minimum of 3 years of leadership experience in the European market.

Roles & Responsibilities:

-Develop and execute a robust business strategy aligned with global objectives.

-Take full P&L responsibility for the European business, ensuring both revenue growth and profitability.

-Drive sales and explore new business opportunities to expand market presence.

-Oversee the creation and execution of dynamic marketing strategies to enhance brand positioning.

-Build and nurture long-term relationships with key accounts, distributors, and business partners.

-Lead operations, financial control, and ensure adherence to budget and financial disciplines.

Qualifications & Experience:

- University degree (essential), MBA (full-time) preferred.

-Proven experience in P&L management and leading large-scale business operations.

- At least 15 years of over all work experience in FMCG. Minimum 3 years in handling Europe market.

Technical Skills & Behavioral Skills:

- Excellent relationship management and interpersonal skills.

- Fluency in English (additional language skills are a plus).

- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, collaborative environment
