HR Manager for Kenya

Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy.

Perform organizational management.
Training, counseling and coaching staff.
Present performance reports to managements.
Set KPIs/KRAs/Balanced Scorecard.

Required Candidate profile

MBA - HR with 10 to 15 years of experience and at least three years in a management/supervisory role and labor relations and employee relations
Africa experience is must
Must have logistic experience
