Al Ahlia Integrated is a Part of FOUAD ALGHANIM (Alghanim International), Kuwait. Large scale MEP construction contractor. Now taking projects in KSA. Building AVENUES MALL MEP works at Al Khobar, KSA. Candidates must have MEP Construction experience 

MEP DRAFTSMAN

• Preparation of detailed electrical drawings using CAD software.
• Interpretation of architectural and structural plans.
• Collaboration with electrical engineers, architects, and other stakeholders.
• Ensuring compliance with local building codes and safety standards.
• Specification and selection of electrical components such as wiring, lighting, and control systems.
• Creation and updating of as-built drawings during and after construction.
• Coordination with other trades like HVAC and plumbing to avoid system conflicts.
• Documentation and organization of electrical plans and project specifications.
• Conducting site visits to verify installations align with drawings.
• Assisting in estimating material quantities and providing input for cost estimation.
• Revising and updating drawings based on feedback or changes in project scope.
• Supporting inspections by providing relevant electrical drawings and clarifications when needed.

ELECTRICAL DRAFTSMAN

• Prepare detailed MEP drawings for HVAC, electrical, and plumbing systems.
• Coordinate with architects, engineers, and other trades to ensure proper integration of MEP systems.
• Review and revise MEP drawings based on changes or feedback.
• Detect and resolve clashes between MEP systems and other building components.
• Ensure compliance with building codes, safety regulations, and industry standards.
• Conduct site visits to take measurements and verify installation accuracy.
• Prepare quantity takeoffs and specify materials for procurement.
• Create 3D models and visualizations using tools like Revit and BIM.
• Maintain organized documentation and prepare as-built drawings.
• Support during installation and commissioning of MEP systems.
• Ensure timely delivery of drawings and adherence to project deadlines.

HVAC DRAFTSMAN

• Prepare detailed HVAC design drawings and layouts.
• Interpret architectural and engineering plans for HVAC systems.
• Collaborate with engineers and project teams.
• Create 2D/3D models using CAD software.
• Ensure designs meet building codes and standards.
• Revise drawings based on feedback or field adjustments.
• Calculate load requirements and duct sizing.
• Prepare material take-offs and bill of quantities.
• Assist in site inspections and verify installations.
• Maintain project documentation and drawing archives.

Preferred candidate profile

Diploma Elec or Mech / ITI in Drafting
