Job Location: UAE.
Job Status: Family/Single.
Qualification: Degree/Diploma In High Pressure Equipments.
Experience: At least 4 years in the same role and 8-10 years practical experience on maintenance of HP shop in oil/gas/petrochemical Industry. Good knowledge in industrial HSE aspects. Good level in spoken English. Working experience with multi-disciplinary function in multicultural environment..

Basic Function:
Perform testing and calibration of High Pressure system comprising high pressure cylinders, HP valves & pipes, HP compressor components as a part of corrective and preventive maintenance on daily basis. Coordinate with contractor personnel to clarify scope and get the job done within target, identify and justify the requirement of emergency spares, assist in material purchasing.
Main Work Performed and Responsibilities:
Ensure that all HP related tasks are carried out in compliance with underlying Health, Safety & Environment rules and procedure.
Raise Safety incident /near miss / close call reports as required.
Carry out inspection of tools and accessories on daily basis.
Carry out physically checks for the availability of required spare parts, materials and consumables
Provides tools and documents to field maintenance crew.
Conduct maintenance of Hyper Compressor cylinder and moving frame.
Refurbish of complex HP sealing system of Hyper compressors.
Refurbish and functionality test of hyper cylinder lubrication system
Conduct routine maintenance testing of HP manifolds & piping
Conduct HP valve function testing.
Carry out jobs inside LDPE shop in complete dust free environment.
Schedule compliance and work order confirmation on SAP
Coordinate with concerned contractors day to day activities and ensure that all jobs are prioritized and done as scheduled.
Follow up PM execution of LDPE workshop equipment
Check time sheets for Contractors staff
Coordinate with planning, operation, inspection and mechanical maintenance team in day to day job delivery
Maintain and record check lists.
Ensure housekeeping at shop and site as and where it applies
Feedback and keep track on backlog
Obtain the all documents related HP components in hand.
Register & control tools and gears required for LDPE shop

Work Contacts:
Daily contacts with Plant Availability and Operations personnel at equal level, to clarify assistance required on contractor services for project, maintenance and operational activities, and to establish priorities according to operation requirements to minimize interruptions.
Supervisory Responsibility:
Coordinate with a team of contractors Site coordinators, Supervisors & Technicians, as well
as, workshop maintenance activities and on-site activities.
Independence of Operation and Decision making Authority:
Report to Valve Shop Supervisor. Works in accordance with established policies and the state of the art technology. Job roles may be re-defined time to time as deemed to be necessary by the company.
Work Environment:
Based in the plant location at Ruwais. Works in the workshop area most of the time and moves to various Operations sites as needed. Need to be exposed to prevailing weather and plant conditions, including dirt, dust, noise and fumes.
Minimum Requirements:
Minimum 2 years Diploma or Trade course on High Pressure Equipment system plus secondary school certificate. Good knowledge on LDPE system. At least 4 years in the same role and 8-10 years practical experience on maintenance of HP shop in oil/gas/petrochemical Industry. Good knowledge in industrial HSE aspects. Good level in spoken English. Working experience with multi-disciplinary function in multicultural environment.
