Job Position : Assistant Manager / Deputy Manager - Middle East HR operations

Job Description:
- Assist in talent acquisition and recruitment processes in Resource mobilization for ongoing and new projects.
- Administer compensation and benefit plans, Leave & Attendance Management and HR payroll.
- Conduct employee onboarding for White collar & Blue collar employees
- Contract Labour Management, Manpower Agency coordination and employee relations
- Provide support to employees in various HR-related topics such as leaves and compensation and resolve any issues that may arise
- Promote HR programs to create an efficient and conflict-free workplace
- Assist in development and implementation of human resource policies, undertake tasks around performance management
- Gather and analyze data with useful HR metrics, like time to hire and employee turnover rates.
- Organize quarterly and annual employee performance reviews
- Maintain employee files and records in electronic and paper form
- Ensure compliance with labor regulations and updates on KSA.
- Proven experience as an HR Generalist
- Good knowledge of employment/labor laws
- Outstanding knowledge of MS Office; HRIS systems, coordination & problem solving skills
- Excellent communication and people skills.
Candidate Requirement:
Preference will be given to prior GCC / Middle East / Gulf countries HR experience or incumbent returned from the GCC / Middle East / Gulf countries to settle down in Chennai.
- MBA / MSW with 8+ years of experience HR generalist role. Knowledge and understanding of HR policies, employment laws and statutory compliance of Saudi Arabia
- Excellent technical knowledge of MS Office; HRIS systems (e.g. SAP / Workday) will be a plus.
- Good Team player with a results driven approach, possess good communication with articulation skills.
