- Knowledge of Power Plant, Commissioning, Operations & Maintenance
Preferably, Commissioning & Operation of CFBC boiler
Handling the emergency condition of plant during operation.
Experience in handling normal plant operation including Start-ups (i.e. cold, warm, & hot), Shutdowns, Blackout, Tripping and Shift management of units.
Prior Permit to Work hands on experience and advantage.
- Well versed with the Plant Safety Regulations.
Ensures that the site-specific Permit to Work (PTW) Procedure and safety guidelines satisfy the local rules and regulations.
Ensures that the information notified on the Permit to Work documents are clear and complete.
Ensure that the work on plant covered by a PTW is being executed in a Safe manner taking health and safety precautions in to account.
Supervision of the specified job under PTW.
Maintaining The Worker Register including Sign In and sign Out of Workers.
Ensures that all the precautions have been taken and put in place before the job, during the job and after the job to ensure safe work conditions.
Communicate all concerns over any potential PTW system anomalies and where these anomalies have potential to cause harm immediately stops work and informs COMM.
Ensure the coordination with the customer PTW system, if applicable
