Technical Lead for Genie Technologies Inc. in Makati, Philippines

Position: Technical Lead (Warehouse Management System) 

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:


• Responsible for development/configuration and implementation of WMS (Warehouse Management System) product and related integration
• Understands customer's current business processes and utilizes expertise and appropriate product functionalities to address gaps
• Assist technical architect in developing technical design documents to meet customers requirements and generate maximum value
• Provides a variety of technical support to the project team including design review, configuration, troubleshooting and system testing
• Performs system integration testing as well as conduct of UAT (Users Acceptance Training). 
• Provide go-live support as well as post go-live support to the client

JOB QUALIFICATIONS AND REQUIREMENTS:


• 5+ years of hands-on experience as a Technical Analyst / Technical Consultant assisting in providing merchandising or warehousing solutions for customers including 2+ years of experience working with JDA (Red Prairie) WMS product or equivalent
• Good knowledge of MOCA, Groovy, PL/SQL and Object oriented concepts
• Good experience in various RDBMS like Oracle and SQL Server, Managing Schema objects and Query optimization
• Have implemented JDA WMS solution as either a customer of JDA or as a consultant implementing JDA solutions required
• Strong technical support & troubleshooting skills with JDA (Red Prairie) WMS product
• Relevant solutions consulting and implementation experience with other leading supply chain planning solutions such as Oracle, SAP, or leading ERP may be considered
• Current or prior experience working in consulting organization or supply chain center of excellence is a plus
• Advanced degree in Supply Chain, Operations or Logistics preferred. A combination of Bachelors degree and relevant industry experience may also be considered in lieu of advanced degree
• Preferably with IT Consulting background or experience
• Must be amenable to work in Makati, Philippines
