Export Trading Group is the largest agricultural-commodity supply chain company in East and Southern Africa. The Company originates (buys) crops at farm gate in 26 African countries, aggregates and processes them in a network of proprietary facilities, and exports them internationally. Using this infrastructure in reverse, the Company imports fertilizer and rice, breaks bulk and processes them, and distributes them to smallholders.

Job Description:
The Finance Managers is a key position responsible for managing all Finance related activities of the country/unit.

Key Job Responsibilities:
1. Ensure financial systems and controls are in place. 
2. Maintain Management Accounting by ensuring. Regular update,
periodical review and reporting of the finance information system. 
3. Ensuring effective and efficient use of funds across according to the budget. 
4. Adhere to company policies and controls in place and ensure implementation as per the company guidelines. 
5. To assist in preparing Opex / Capex proposals including Information memorandum, projections and Bill of Quality / Materials, development impact reports, etc. 
6. Review of the inter-company transactions. Monthly inter-company balance confirmation
7.Assist in timely preparation and submission of monthly MIS.

Desired Skills:
Edu Qual: MBA(Finance)/ CA(Intern)/ CA
Exp: 4 to 7 years(max)
Desired Nationality: Local Asian/ Zambian/ Expat.
Should have worked in Africa. Preferable currently in Zambia & working as Asst- FM.
