A leading business Group for their shop in Oman.

Maintains store staff job results by coaching, counseling, and disciplining. 

Employees; planning, monitoring, and appraising job results.

Recruiting, training, supervising and appraising staff. 

Able to manage shop independently and co-ordinate

Candidate must be Graduate in any discipline and MBA / BBA holder. 
Must have min. 10 years experience in sales in chocolate shop and sales. 
Must be able to speak arabic and good English. 
Pleasing personality is must

Salary and other benefits are to be decided mutually.

Candidate must be ECNR passport holders.
