Basic Tasks:
JOB DESCRIPTION:
Must have work experience in coil coating industry as a coater for min 3 years.
Should be aware of machine operations in coating room.
Must have knowledge of maintaining WFT to achieve proper DFT.
Should have knowledge for adjusting roll speed and its limitations.
Should be aware of different coating systems.
Must have analytical skills to analyze and achieve a proper shade during coating.
- PLANT ELECTRICIAN/ MAINTENANCE PERSONNEL:
SALARY PER MONTH : ATTRACTIVE SALARY PACKAGE + OTHER BENEFITS
JOB DESCRIPTION:
Must have knowledge of PLC/its programming
Should have worked with manufacturing industry for min 2 years in maintenance
Should have knowledge of AutoCAD and its programming
Should have trouble shooting skills to detect and rectify any electrical/mechanical fault in the machine
Should be mature enough to handle responsibility of proper functioning of machine
in order to prevent any breakdown during production.
- PAINT TECHNICIAN:
SALARY PER MONTH : ATTRACTIVE SALARY PACKAGE + OTHER BENEFITS
JOB DESCRIPTION:
Must have worked in coil coating line for min 2 year
Should have knowledge of paint mixing
Must have analytical skills to adjust the paint viscosity for proper paint consumption.
Should be aware of different paint and coating systems.
Age Limit:
The age of the applicant should not exceed more than 30.
