We have openings for our prestigious client in - Oman , - IT IS A LONG TERM JOB, they have openings for " Land Surveyor & Civil Supervisor / Foreman " position.
Below is the Job description.
A ) Land Surveyor
1) Diploma in Civil Engineering with 2 years of experience.
2) Obtaining correct coordinates from the concerned authorities.
3) Measuring coordinates received from the concerned authorities and checking for any deviations.
4) Analyzing available drawings and checking for any deviations and reporting it to the Project Manager.
5) Checking for discrepancies in the project drawing.
6) Leading and assisting the survey team for proper establishment of survey points.
7) Providing actual & detailed information to the QA/QC team.

B ) Civil Supervisor
1) Diploma in Civil Engineering with 5 years of experience.
2) Regular reviews of project status ensuring all options have been considered and evaluated to improve construction performance.
3) Challenging the Management team to ensure the most efficient and cost effective approach is used to deliver outstanding projects.
4) Strong leadership with employees on site with a key focus on driving production and performance.
5) Efficient communication and engagement with the Management team and development of strong team working relationships.
6) Quality Assurance.
7) Control of site environmental issues.
8) Ensuring all project KPI`s (Key Performance Indicators) are achieved.
9) Developing accurate programs for weekly updates.
10) Ensuring compliance to procedures through weekly/monthly reports.
11) Cost risk management and early identification of problematic issues on site.
12) Ownership of on-site work programs, documentation checks, site activities and procurement.
13) Weekly submission of information including timesheets, material sheets and plant & site checklist.
14) Collation of data, including scheme drawings of layout, sections and construction details, as-build drawings.

2) Planning on men & material requirement for the planned activity.
3) Supervising work at the site.
4) Ensuring that construction staff members are adhering to HSE standard.
5) Monitoring standard of work being completed to ensure high quality.
6) Ensuring that all activities are complete on-time.
7) Recording attendance of workers.
8) Recording work productivity.
9) Reporting any issues at the site to concerned people/authority.
10) Liaising with transporters / Mess contractors / Camp boss to ensure that timely deliveries are made with regards to construction staff.
11) Ensuring that timely delivery of material on-site.
12) Tracking consumption of material.
