Job Description of Administrative Officer for Overseas
Building Management and Apartment Management
- General correspondence with Building Management Company for routine maintenance, ELECTRICITY, GAS and other matters.
- Floor management to find new tenant, liaison with them for day to day working, collection of rent, providing infrastructure facilities to tenant.
- Coordination with Building Contractor for day to day repair, maintenance, Security related matters, office keys, AC maintenance, Electrical repair/maintenance
- Coordinationfor construction pursuant to leasing partial space to tenant or making new offices or demolishing walls to restructure offices pursuant to separation
- Finding carpenter, plumber, electrician for any work to explore additional area for optimum utilization of space.
INSURANCE - BLOCK POLICY, COMMERCIAL LIABILITY, UMBRELLA, WORKMEN COMPENSATION, DISABILITY, EPLI, CRIME
- Negotiation for best possible premium without compromising any risk perils. Follow up and recovery of insurance claims, if any.
LOCAL GOVERNMENT AGENCIES - INSPECTION, AUDIT AND COMPLIANCE - supervision and monitoring
- Workmen Compensation Inspection and audit
- DEP Department of Environmental Protection -
- FDNY- Fire Department of New York.
- DOL Department of Labour inspection and audit
HR RELATED WORK FOR US BASED GROUP COMPANIES -EMPLOYMENT, TERMINATION, DISMISSAL, SEVERANCE PAY, RELEASE, HR POLICIES, IT POLICIESETC
WORK VISA H-1, L-1, VISIT VISA, GREEN CARD ETC FOR NY BASED GROUP COMPANIES
OTHER GENERAL ADMINISTRATIVE TASK
- Office Security & Safety system
- Arrangement for overseas Guest
- Office Attendance Monitoring

Required Candidate profile
Candidate must have excellent English and Hindi communication along with high self confidence and energy.
