High Access is a 3PL Logistics Chain Operator Organisation dedicated to providing high quality, customer centric services and solutions for the global marketplace. Primarily focusing on Air/Ocean freight. We also provide transportation and customs compliance services through all ports and borders in Saudi Arabia.
Our clients range from small local businesses to global firms in industry sectors such as power generation, construction, electronics, industrial materials, chemicals, heavy duty vehicles, mining and drilling equipment, oil and gas, medical equipment and many others.
We move goods by barge, road, rail, air and ship charters. We take up Dangerous Goods, Project Cargo, Outsize and Heavy Lift, Time Critical, perishables, refrigerated cargo together with automobiles and Personal Effects are all in a days work.
We are currently hiring a professional logistics coordinator will be responsible for engaging our vendors on transportation of various cargoes, find solutions, analyse client-level requirements and management.
They have a vital role in ensuring that our partners integrations are functioning optimally and that the customers has what it needs to be successful.

Key Accountability:

  • Consistently achieves high quality standards and requires limited direction and supervision
  • Liaise between the company and the client to resolve customer complaints
  • Coordinate bid specific T&Cs/pricing internally (approvers, Finance, Legal)
  • Coordinating with local service providers as well as overseas agents/carriers and maintaining cordial relations
  • Negotiation of contractual agreements with customers/vendors to manage transportation and delivery.
  • Prepare forecasts regularly and timely update of sales system with details of accounts, opportunities, sales lead etc. Development of existing business with involvement of local management, pricing, verticals and route developments.
  • Ensure timely submission of scheduled and performance reports
  • Preparation/Monitoring of various Reports as and when required.
  • Review operational records and project sales and determine profitability
  • Develop constructive and cooperative working relationships, both directly and cross functionally
  • Understands when to ask for support and using the correct channels
  • Collaborate with staff members and fellow managers to create, modify and implement goals, procedures, policies and objectives

Conditions & Details:

  • Willing to relocate to Saudi Arabia and work under its labor
  • Age limit: 35
  • Probation Period: 3 months
  • Must have valid passport above 3 years and no past medical condition/criminal records
  • Minimum 3 years experience in Shipping and transportation logistics sales/marketing/operations
  • Job Location: Jeddah or Dammam, Saudi Arabia
  • Working Days: Sunday to Thursday, Saturday half day 8am-4pm
  • Report to: Sr. Coordinator in Sales/Operations
  • Annual leave: 32 day after completion of 12 months with air tickets
  • Adjusted leave: Eligible after completion of a year, Deducted from annual leave days without air ticket
  • Preference to those lived/worked in the Middle East with moderate command in Arabic
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in EXIM Logistics
  • Medical insurance for employee under company account
  • Family visa, permit and their insurance not covered

Required Candidate profile

  • Excellent Communication/Typing Skills
  • Good experience in Logistics/ 3PL Industry/Geography/EXIM Operations/INCO terms, laws, regulations and ISO requirements
  • Graduate degree in business administration and/or marketing or in a discipline related to logistics, supply chain management or relevant field
  • Experience in a Customer Support/Technical Account Management role.
  • Experience in working with cross-functional and cross-departmental
  • Willing to work round the clock on mails. Manage escalations until the issues have been resolved.
  • Must possess good presentation skills with fluency in English
  • Effective organisational and multitasking skill
  • Good Numeric and analysis Skill
  • Inventory maintenance experience a plus
  • Suitable to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment with the ability to skilfully prioritise and manage concurrent projects and issues.
  • High-level proficiency with softwares/online sheets & MS Office programs specially Excel/Powerpoint/Word
  • Passion and drive with Competitive spirit
  • Negotiation Skills with Accuracy and attention to details
