Job Description
- Develop & implement service strategy in line with company strategy
- Develop optional service network nationwide based on Company's strategy
- Improve the implementation of service system (CRM) for the Company by following business procedures and policies
- Prepare annual budget for service department and manage warranty cost within budget
- Set up KPIs of 3rd party service station. Evaluate their performance and guide them to improve their service quality
- Train and improve service staff for their performance and ability to meet customer's needs for service satisfaction
- Review all service related information and reports, such as service quality, customer satisfaction, to update and improve service quality
- Coordinate with production, sales, quality and procurement for quality support by providing valuable information on quality and customer satisfaction Any assignment from COO/ BOD
Experience Band
- Degree in Electrical & Electronic Engineering including sound know-how in Electro-Mechanical field
- Management discipline with 5-10 years of experience in After Sales Operations preferably in product & service category of Power tools, Power Generators, Machinery & Equipment, Household items
- Significant experience at successfully developing and generating business within a relationship driven market, and subsequently driving the team within various distribution channels in order to maximize revenue streams
