Qualifications:

1. Master of Engineering in Mechanical / Metallurgy with 20 years minimum experience in the field of NDT, Inspection, Training, Certification etc. in Oil & Gas construction and marine sectors.

2. Must hold relevant API certification from API 510, 570, 653,577,571,579 etc.

3. Must have relevant trainer / instructor experience.

Skills:

1. Profound professional expertise in NDT, API, ASME, RBI, Asset Integrity Management, programmes, Metallurgy / Material Science, Fitness - For - Service Assessment,
Welding Technology.

2. Effective communication with excellent relationship.

3. Strong management skills, analytical, problem solving & organizational abilities.

4. Very good knowledge of English.
Requirements:

1. Must have good vision (20/20 normal or corrected) and be in good physical condition.

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Train & guide for the understanding of the welding requirements for fabrications, inspections and testing portions of ASME Codes. Also look after for new construction and how trainees work with API Codes for post constructions inspection, repair and alterations.
  • Organize & Implement the process for oil & gas, petrochemical and other process industries with the assurances that the personnel trained and certified with this internationally recognized program have the required knowledge and experience for the job in the fields.
  • Candidates should have well versed with the various code books and standards, including below listed API & ASME codes & Standards that cover maintenance, inspection, rating, repair and alteration of related equipment's
API 510 - PRESSURE VESSEL INSPECTOR: -
