Roles and Responsibilities
The ideal candidate should have knowledge of local construction materials, estimation of building materials.
Candidate must have knowledge of handling site work Individually and having experience of working for the construction of buildings for industries in Mozambique.
The candidate will be responsible to supervise the day to day management of the site which includes monitoring the site labours and the work of subcontractors.
Civil engineers may also specialize in foundation analysis and understanding of quality norms.
Will be responsible for planning and execution of structural, civil and interior works design, estimation & costing of civil & steel structural works.
Planning, designing, development and manage projects for the construction.
Desired Candidate Profile
Candidates should be willing to travel.
Planning capabilities, Understanding of building structure, Sharp drawings and decision analysis, Data Analysis, Budgeting and forecasting
Self-motivated individuals are willing to take full responsibility of the job.
Excellent organization, communication, leadership and presentation skills
