Position: Beekeeping Manager
Location: Suitable location in Kenya
Age 35 years to 45 years
Qualification: Graduate, with minimum 5 years experience in managing Bee farms.
Skills: We are looking at someone who is able to manage about 6000, later to be expanded to 12000 langstroth beehives in suitable bee farming areas in Kenya to achieve targeted Honey production. Should be having very good knowledge of scientific bee keeping and honey production, should be able to travel to various locations, supervise the activities, manage extraction of honey and supply to the factory as per requirement. Should be able to advice and implement corrections and corrective actions required in the apiary to trouble shoot as well as improve honey production through various models. Should be totally a hands on field person with good scientific knowledge and target driven. He should have working knowledge in computers. Should be able to speak good English.
General: The position is offered for single person only and family will not be permitted.
