 We have fire fighter opening for one at Qatar.

Position Title- Fire Fighting Agent

Job Location- Mesaieed, Qatar.

Probation- Three Months

Note-
Accommodation and Transport is combined package. Either you can choose accommodation & transport provided by the company of Allowance for same
Basic Salary- QAR 4200 Per month
Project Allowance- QR 1500 per month
Food Allowance- QAR 750 per month
Status- Single
Accommodation- Bachelor furnished accommodation(twin sharing) room provided by the Company or QAR 1600/- Monthly Allowance
Transportation- QAR 900 per month
Insurance- Company shall provide insurance coverage as per the Workmens Compensation Act of Qatar.
 Medical- Medical insurance card will be provided by the Company for self.
Base of Work- Qatar.
Vacation- 30 days per annum with round-trip economy class tickets to the nearest international airport to your hometown will be provided. No other local travel expenses will be paid.
Leave Pay- 1 months basic salary shall be paid.
Hours of work- 12 hours per day
Work schedule- 4 days on 4 days off
Duration- 2 Years and Extendable
Gratuity- As per Qatar Labor Law

Required Skills:
FF Training Course, Preferably NFPA
Minimum 5 years as full time Fire Fighter / Fire truck Driver.
Should be holding Qatar Heavy Driving License / Any GGC Heavy Driving license
EXPERIENCE IN OIL & GAS OR OTHER PRODUCTIONPLANTS
SCBA Certified
Should be available immediate / with short notice.


  To drive fire trucks, operate, and maintain, on a shift basis, all fire fightingequipment such as all mobile vehicles and other fire pumps, hoses, nozzles, to compact fire
Rescue lives and preventloss or damage to propertyand follow the instructions of the Fire Fighting Foreman
2. ACCOUNTABILITIES In Detail-
a) Ensure at the start of the shift, that all fire-fighting equipment in the fire stations in good operating condition, includes daily tests of firefighting vehicles in the firetraining ground. And completes fire-fighting equipment checklists.
b) Drives all types of fire truck sand operates the fire pumps, foam systems, dry powder systems and TTL vehicles and: Sets the vehicle in the right place
Calculate pump discharge, water throughput, foam mixing rations and other hydraulic calculations
Produces the correct fire fighting mixtureof foam in to the water stream
Operates the hydraulic platforming case of emergency Tests, inspect fault find reports on the operability and performance of allvehicles and equipment. 

Measures throughput, outputs and overall pump performance, reporting any discrepancies to Fire Fighting Foreman for maintenance schedule
Conducts simple maintenance as required

c) Reports to fire or accident alarms from the plants control rooms, determine and approach to fire's location. Makes the necessary hose connections to fixed hydrants, and starts fire-fighting using appropriate fighting tools according to the source of fire
d) Test firefighting equipment such as hoses, fire sprinkler system, deluge system,
fire monitors, fire sensors, and maintains hydrants system, and respiratoryprotection gear. Repairs andcleans all fire-fighting equipment and flushes the piping and fire hoses to clear used foam or powder.
e) Attends fire drills as scheduled in variouslocations. Responds to alarm calls andcarries out drills under thecontrol of the FF. Foreman in simulated situations,Performs other specialdrills arranged from time to time as training exercises
f) Acts as a safe agent when requested to provide assistance during shut-downs, stands near the work locations during maintenance work, connecting vehiciehoses if required, and standingby for emergencies

g) Conducts regular checks and inspectsto all QAPCO areas/units to check Fire
fighting equipment and tools to ensure of proper operations
h) Follows-up the supervisory system (QAOCO and QVC alarm). Performsstandby duties the Fire Fighting Center during Ethylene, VCM, EDC and Sulfur loading at the jetty and during discharging catalyst products in LDPE Plant.
i) Contributes to the implementattons of QAPCO's total management system upto
the appropriate job level
} Fulfills duties such as fillingin log books indicating time out, driver, ...destination, time of return for the fire fighting vehicles, attending feti training sessions conducted by the Safety and Fire Fightinginstructor,)reafning apparatusas required

Main Job responsibilities-
Responds to emergencies as required, suppress fire, and takes precautions to prevent
Able to react to change productively and handle other essential tasks as assigned
Maintains vehicles, equipment, tools, and protective clothing in a serviceable ready-response condition

Must be able to perform and accomplish job related tasks with all fire department tools and equipments.
provide rescue in various forms from dangerous situations, operational response to dangerous goods calls
ventilate buildings to release heat, smoke and gases, place salvage covers, and action to prevent water damage
perform varied maintenance tasks on apparatus, equipment and Petrochemical facilities
performs other related duties as assigned

All the candidates should have at least of one Year validity in their passport from 1st July 2021. Only ECNR passport holders will be allowed for the interview and further proceedings.


Kindly dont apply candidate with ECR passport.. Interview mode will be video call. Candidates who are in Qatar will not be considered. Quarantine Days cost will be borne by the company. Any medical test to be conducted in home country, will be paid at actual. Candidates need to submit the original bills, medical report and payment receipt for the reimbursement.
