Technical, analytical and interpersonal skills required
Current CCNA, CCNP CCDA certification, CCIE (Optional)
Excellent Hands-on experience on Cisco products Maintaining/Troubleshooting (Router, ASA, IPS, Unified Communication, IronPort)
Strong knowledge in Security
Good knowledge in Windows Server 2003 & 2008; and/or SQL experience a plus
Maintain network security through proper configuration of VPN and Firewalls
Ability to communicate in an understandable, polite and friendly manner, both written and verbal
Strong organizational skills and ability to multi-task in a small business environment
Availability in response to needs of the customer for installation, maintenance and equipment Malfunctions
Experience in Cisco environments utilizing EIGRP, RIP, BGP, and Spanning Tree
Experience supporting an operational LAN/WAN using variety of Cisco layer 2 and layer 3 products
Provide high level of expertise for network support
Provide high level of expertise for support of local field service staff.
