Job Description:
- Candidate should have minimum 1+ years of working experience in Windows XP and 7 operating systems as a Desktop Support Engineer.
- Familiarity and knowledge with Windows XP and 7 operating systems
- Understanding PC hardware (e.g., swapping RAM, working with external hard drives)
- Able to diagnose and resolve basic technical hardware and software issues
- Facilitates getting the involvement of any other group or individual needed to solve a problem
- Identify and escalate situations requiring urgent attention
- Able to communicate with team members and clients in a clear, consistent, and professional manner.
- Able to initiate communication and follow-up promptly and consistently.
- Excellent customer service skills
- English proficiency (as well as primary official country language(s) if other than English)
