- Require Travel advisor / Travel Supervisor in Saudi Arabia who are good in ARABIC.
1. CORPORATE TRAVEL SUPERVISOR
a. Minimum 10 years travel industry experience including a minimum of five years experience managing a travel agency branch.
b. Proficient in Amadeus GDS knowing all areas of reservation, ticketing, refund and reissue
c. Experience of the leisure and airline sectors would be an advantage,
d. Incumbent must be PC and internet literate (Word, Excel, Outlook)
e. Should be with excellent communications skills fluent both in Arabic and English
f. Incumbent must be extremely self-motivated
g. Must have the ability to work effectively with, and supervise, a multinational workforce,
h. Should be able to communicate effectively with staff and customers
i. Must be a Customer Service driven.
2. CORPORATE TRAVEL ADVISOR
a. Must have at least 7 years travel industry experience with at least three years experience in handling Corporate Customer.
b. Must be fluent in English and Arabic
c. Must have a thorough understanding of IATA regulations,
d. Must be an expert on Amadeus GDS
e. Must have knowledge of selling Hotels and Holiday packages
f. Must be PC and internet literate (Word, Excel, Outlook)
g. Must possess a valid drivers license.
h. Must be extremely self-motivated with excellent communications skills and the ability to work effectively with a multinational workforce.
i. Must have Customer Service driven work ethic are essential.
