Maintenance Department

      Position functionally reports to Maintenance Manager 

      Abilities,Duties and Responsibilities

      Responsible Person for all Mechanical
      Maintenance as pacts of Static and Rotating
      Equipment
      Ensure weekly mechanical maintenance schedule sar e executed to plan
      Author the maintenance section in the
      weekly and monthly project reports
      Work with the CMMS Engineer to ensure that maintenance routine sar e accurate and
      justified and team file completion reports as appropriate
      Appraise and update preventative maintenance routines in CMMS as
      applicable
      Take part in audits, inspections and safety
      observation tours. Giving clear direction to overcome or design out mechanical issues.
      Review critical mechanical spares holdings

      Ensure that all mechanical technical documentation required for maintenance is available or is resourced through OEMs or
      vendors
      Review MOCs for technical accuracy and delivery and execute as directed
      Provide direction to team on priority of work
      Provide answer to technical queries related
      to a mechanical discipline
      Guide and coach Sub-contract personnel on maintenance and best practices
      Assess, mentor on competency /implement training need so fmechanical discipline
      personnel.
      Monitor mechanical equipment
      performance and drive continuous improvement in plant and personnel
      Be conversant with project KPIs and support their delivery and attainment a tall times
      Ensure good knowledge of the project contract
      Partake in, or cooperate with; internal or external audits respectively
      Attend the weekly management meeting
      Compile or received entailed written
      Hand overpri or to; and completion of leave and/or field breaks
      Carryout HSE and technical audit sand inspections as directed by Project Manager
      Have a full awarenessof the Company Code
      of Conduct and Business Ethics.
      Compile/ distribute comprehensive reports as necessary
      Issue and review Permits to Work,Toolbox
      Talks & Checklists
      Report HSE incidents and all near misses
      Working knowledge of engineering design, standards, codes metallurgy and piping
      Provide clarity on mechanical issues for root cause analysis studies

      Qualifications, Experience and
      Attributes
      English: verbal, reading and writing in line with the job expectation
      8+years experience in Petrochemical Industry 

      Bachelors Degree(or equivalent) in Mechanical Engineering. 

      Proven leader ship ability
      Can create systems to track and improve
      maintenance operations
      Good knowledge of CMMS , preferably some SAP exposure
      ExcellentHSE appreciation and awareness
      Willingness to work and foster good working relationships in an integrated team from diverse locations
      Excellent communication and presentation skills
      Excellent written and oral English is essential, supported by good report writing
      ability
      Working knowledge o fArabic an advantage
      To be fully converse ant with the technical documentation available from E& C
      contractor pertaining to mechanical equipment
      Strong HSE awareness
      Awareness of H2S and N2hazards

      NOTE : 

      The current project is an Operations & Maintenance project for an Oil & Gas MNC company. 

      The positions are to be based in Iraq.

      It is a Downstream - onshore project and prefer candidates having experience in Downstream projects in operations and maintenance from oil and Gas, Refinery , petrochemical sector. Hence please prepare a list of the target companies in this sector. 

      Candidates would be on direct contract is of 3 yrs. There is no bond signed with the candidates and candidates can leave the organization within the contract period but would have to serve a notice period of 3 mths

      The contract is renewable every 3 yrs . However the visa issued to the selected candidates of Iraq would be of 1 yr and will be renewed 

       All positions will be on Rotation i.e 1 month ON and one month OFF. Salary will be paid to the candidates for the one month holiday as well. Candidates would return back to India for the 1 mth off. 

      Apart from the salary all other expenses would be borne by the company i.e to & fro travel tickets, food, accommodation, local travel from accommodation to site, laundry, medical etc. 

      Bachelor visa will be issued to the candidates i.e self only no family visa
