Job Purpose :-
Prepare Annual budget For Operating Cost, capital Initiatives and service volume
Analyze Operating Cost, Capital Initiatives and service Volume.
Annual True Up

Key Accountabilities :-

Contribute to developing specific strategies related to Performance Management

Tasks and Responsibilities

Prepare Annual E&PM and Department Operating Cost budget with basis, Capital
Expense and Service Volume budget
Work out E & PM Actual Unit Price thru True up activity in coordination with SS P & C.

Examine and Analyze the Actual against budget cost and provide the causes for
Deviation

Take corrective action to rectify erroneously charged cost

Monitor Capital Expense budget with updates on monthly basis.

Analyze User Council f SMT presentation for KPI and provide root cause analysis for
missed KPI.

Back charging the cost of Second ment and Business travel which is not part of Unit
Price.

Prepare statement of Accruals and Provision for yearend closing.

Department Management:-

Provide Analysis reports and presentation to Head of Performance Management
Strive to achieve high quality output which matches performance standards and meet
established targets and objectives of department

Stakeholder Network Management:-

Engage with Head of Performance Management to achieve the targets and goals of
Department

Continues Improvement:-

Examine Current Operational process and identify potential operational improvement that will positively impact on departmental performance.

Minimum requirement :-

Graduate in Accounting Equivalent

job responsibilities 

Coordinate with all Dept. Sections to prepare CAPE X proposals and business plan.

Sr. Instrument Engineer

Brief Outline of job responsibilities

The Job Purpose is related to Instrument activities involved in Any specific Project. Instrument Project Engineer will Participate in Reviewing/Evaluating/Preparing/witnessing Instrument project.
Review the change request for completeness of documents. In case more information is required from Initiator/ area owner coordinate with them to get the required information.
Prepare feasibility report with clear recommendation to present in CRC meeting.
Coordinate with cost estimator & project planning engineer to get the budgetary cost. Prepare detailed specification of
material & required quantity.
Review the technical bids & fill the bid formats. Carry out inspection & inform the executing agency inspection findings.
Participate in PSSR ensure that all the punch list items are closed before hand over to operation.
Prepare "As Built" markup & submit to DMD for preparing As built. Review them before after uploading in SPF. Assist Section staff for Audit of the MOC procedure.

Coordinates With Field Maintenance and Inspection personnel to develop and

Lifting plan Specialist

Drive 2.5 Ton capacity forklift, handle finish product unit.

Safety Engineer

Carry out engineering design reviews of different systems from safety point of view to ensure compliance with SABIC engineering /HCIS standard.  Coordinate various activities for implementation of Process safety Management Program.  Develop, review, implement and update safety procedures as per SHEMS. Carry out safety studies / audits to improve safety culture.  Perform contractor’s safety evaluation for Projects and Maintenance Jobs.  Carry out Incident Investigation.  Evaluate, develop and conduct safety training program for all employees and related contractors to minimize risk of accident, injury or damage to equipment.

Develop, implement and update safety procedures as per SHEM’s standard to minimize risks and meet statutory requirements and understand the risk management system.

Inputs completed work order and equipment data into SAP, maintains outstanding work order records, reports work status and equipment other data to ensure up to date information and on-time availability.

Controls all plans and technical studies for equipment reliability to reduce maintenance downtime and provide overall monitoring manpower utilization, spare parts and inventory optimization.

Provides technical support to assigned maintenance crews in the repair and preventive maintenance of equipment and control systems.

Carries out snapshot surveys on the condition of rotating and associated equipment.

Tacking additional readings using various condition monitoring tools making plots and recommendations
Checks the integrity and effectiveness of alarm systems, mainly Bently Nevada and MTC systems.

Monitor DCS parameters are within the design limit/PFD values, report deviations & follow up for corrective actions.

Identify areas of high energy consumptions in plant to Improve sustainability.

Rotating Equipment Engineer

Brief outline of job responsibilities :-

Minimum of 12 years of experience in Rotating Equipment Maintenance, Troubleshooting and Condition Monitoring.

Should have worked in Refinery, Petrochemicals, Fertilizer or any Process Plant. Should have hands-on experience
involved in overhauling of Steam Turbine, Centrifugal Compressors, Pumps, Gear Box, Clutch and Fans.

Should have basic knowledge in working principles of Steam Turbine, Centrifugal Compressors, and Pumps.

Should be conversant about Vibration Analysis and Balancing fundamentals. Should have experience in startup of Steam Turbines, Pumps, Compressors and Fans. Should have experience in alignment and in-Situ balancing.

Should be experienced in troubleshooting of Steam Turbine governing control issues.

Should have worked on Dry Gas Seals and has capability to troubleshoot problems on Dry Gas Seals.
