For (1) Maintenance Engineer & (2) Maintenance Mechanic:
Should have experience in maintenance of heavy Vehicles of CATEPILLAR.
Should be well versed with the maintenance of CAT. Machines. (both electrical & Mechanical)
Well versed with CAT Diagnostic Tools.
Sub contractors bill Preparing & Submission.
Overall responsibility of mechanical maintenance
Planning day-to-day activities, maintenance schedules and work allocation for minimum maintenance and spare cost and optimum use of available resources.
Identify areas of m/c failures and take steps to rectify them.

Look after conveyors, Screens, Crushers and other equipment used in Mines.
Drilling & Blasting carried out by the Mines.
Handling the machinery like shovels, dozers, front-end loaders, trippers, Dumpers & Rock Breakers.
Handling washing plant material.
Handling of contract man power in rotating shifts and ensure that Safety of the persons.
Taking care of Heavy Earth Moving Machinery & proper utilization of machinery.
Quality Control Production & Dispatches of minerals.
Timely maintenance of Machinery.
Drilling and blasting in opencast mines.
Mine Development & Pit Optimizing, Supervising machineries & manpower
Maintaining Official Correspondence.

After acceptance of material issuing goods receipt notes (GRN).
Should posses knowledge in material management control system FIFO/FEFO inventory procedures.
Co-ordinate activities related quality system.
Warehouse auditing establishment of record, min& max stock, critical limit.
Filling of Material Requisition Slip with cost.
To issue the materials on authorized requisitions and ensure that the issue takes place promptly without undue delays.
Keeping adequate stock balance.
Maintaining physical and computer inventory weekly and monthly.
Maintaining all relevant files of store according to standard filing system.
Monitoring all vehicles activities, fuel issued & making journey plan as required.
Note: Candidate should have experience in stores in heavy industry.
