- Identify and develop supply sources in China for agrochemical raw materials, intermediates and technical.
- Develop strategy of cost reduction and ensure cost saving in procurement.
- Track prices of critical inputs and submits plan for strategic buying.
- Coordinating with QC and R & D team in development of new products, sharing samples.
- Track and ensure timely supply of consignment to India and other Parijat operations.
- Ensure compliance of EHS while sourcing of Raw Materials for long term sustainability.
- Coordinate with stakeholders in India including finance function for smooth Source to Pay process.
- Ensure compliance of purchasing procedures and guide lines in area of responsibility.
- Ensure tracking & monitoring of monthly purchasing matrix
- Engineering Graduate / Bachelor of science/ Graduate in material Management with 8-12 years of purchasing experience or equivalent.
Having at least 5 years of hands on experience of buying raw materials, intermediates and technical for agrochemicals.
Person to be based in China having good written and oral communication in English and Mandarin.
Should have strong knowledge of agrochemical market and their challenges
