VACANCY – SITE / PLANT MANAGER – GERMANY (close to DORTMUND) – CHEMICAL MANUFACTURING
We are recruiting for an excellent Site / Plant Manager position for a leading international Chemical business, located close to Dortmund, Germany.
Key experience:
· Degree Qualified in Engineering, Sciences, or related Technical discipline
· Proven supervisory experience in a production/manufacturing key leadership role
· Professional experience at different sites within the chemical (or related) industries
· Strategic operating plan development and execution aligned around the key drivers of operations excellence
· Business strategy alignment and implementation
· Experience working with OHSA Process Safety Management (PSM) or equivalent
· Fluent in German and English language skills
