We are currently seeking a dynamic and aggressive Sales Executive with a desire for success as part of our growth strategy. This is a Hunter position. The Sales Executive will be responsible for achieving individual IT sales goals in all verticals. This position reports to the Sales Manager. 

Position Responsibilities: 
Meets and/or exceeds individual IT technology and services sales quota 
Work with the management team to institute processes and procedures that drive individual sales 
Knowledge of System Integration, Mobility, Security, and Big Data 
Well versed in multi-vendor Hardware and Software solutions 
Understands the difference between transactional and solutions based sales model 
Successful sales of IT technology including Storage, Servers, Networking, PCs, and Print solutions 
Accurately forecast annual, quarterly and monthly revenue stream in accordance with your annual quota 
Ensure that the CRM is kept accurate and up-to-date 
Demonstrate strong people and business leadership skills 


Required Qualification, Knowledge/Skills, and Experience: 
Must have their own Book of Business created from previous IT sales experience 
4-yr Bachelor Degree preferred or equivalent in directly related field 
Must have a minimum of 5 to 10 years of business-to-business consultative IT sales experience 
Proven ability to hunt, develop and manage mid to enterprise and global clients 
Successful track record in developing new business opportunities 
Outstanding skills in sales leadership, strategic planning, personnel management, self-motivated 
Excellent communication, presentation and executive presence skills 
Highly competitive and self-motivated with the ability to deliver results quickly 
Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and strong customer presentation skills
