- Mechanical Team Leader
Qualification: ITI / Diploma in Mechanical or Automobile
- Experience: Min of 5 years experience as mechanic and min of 2 years experience as Forman/ supervisor.
- Must have hands-on experience in Engine and gearbox overhauling
Experience in hydraulic equipment is an added advantage
Must have good commanding power and communication skill
Estimate repair cost and expected time delivery
Supervise major overhauling jobs as per manufactures standards
Schedules repair work in such a manner that equipment is available when needed
Instructs, advises, and assists subordinates on repair work
Plans and recommends preventative maintenance programs and designs the necessary equipment records
Maintain safety and cleanliness of workshop
Prepares estimates of shop personnel and equipment needs
Prepares shop activity reports
May occasionally be assigned to other duties for training purposes or to meet technological changes or emergencies.
Auto Electrician
Qualification: ITi/Diploma
- Experience: Should have Min of 4 years experience as Auto Electrician
- Fault diagnosis and troubleshooting skills
Experience in Crane LMI and calibration is an added advantage
Capable of reading electrical circuit diagram, specifications and parts manual
Air-condition repair experience Check and test wiring harness and components
Repair and replace faulty parts
Basic knowledge in diagnostic tools
Fitting and modifying new accessories
Basic knowledge in Engine, Transmission and Hydraulics
Ready to attend breakdowns 24X7 depends on site requirement
