We are looking for Assistant Manager, Finance Department

Duties & Responsibilities

Acquire data from primary or secondary data sources and maintain databases and date systems.

Assist in budget planning, monitoring and variance reporting.

Support short and long-term operational/strategic business activities through analysis.

Develop, modify, maintain and support custom reports for both ad-hoc and ongoing needs.

Develop and implement data collection systems and other strategies that optimize efficiency and data quality.

Maintain and have ability to automate existing production, workflow reports, and system set-ups.

Provide administrative support as needed to support workflow within finance departments.

Ensure high quality/accuracy/standard of work and services throughout.

Train users in the operations and scheduling of reports.

Support month-end close/year-end close, and reporting.

Attend to additional requests by the manager as required and perform any other duties which may be assigned from time to time.

Required Candidate profile

Essentials

ACCA/ CIMA, Degree/ Masters in Finance, Accounting or Analytics


Minimum 7-10 years of experience in Revenue and Finance
Previous experience in the relevant field in a healthcare facility is an added advantage

Knowledge in MIS and reporting, and Inventory Reconciliation
Ability to analyze, review, forecast and trend complex data

Proficiency in MS Excel/Office Suite

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Proficiency in English

Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
Team oriented
