• Having strong background with backend, middleware and UI development.
• Having experience in planning, developing, deploying and supporting high volume, mission-critical complex software applications.

Responsibilities

• Java Developer - Essential functions and responsibilities:
• Ability to assess alternatives to different designs and choose best solution to fit the business requirements.
• Ability to create, read, interpret, maintain complex Conceptual, Physical and Logical models to include context diagrams, data/process flow diagrams, logical flow charts and data dictionaries etc. under limited supervision.
• Ability to develop functional test plans, create develop unit test plans including regression testing.
• Administration & support of moderate to complex applications.
• Ability to do application performance tuning.
• Ability to resolve application and integration issues.
• Tracking and documenting product defects.

• Ability to develop and implement solutions for the causes identified.
• Ability to evaluate, recommend and exploit evolving technologies to help in the design and implementation of application infrastructure for reliability, availability, serviceability and scalability and identify the risks and trade- offs associated with each.
• Practices good database design standards. Having conceptual knowledge and understanding of locking, referential integrity and transaction processing and ability to do complex queries.
• Understands system performance and resource usage impact based on data modelling decisions.

Qualifications

• Having Min. 5+ yrs experience in application software development, implementation, maintenance and support.
• Having knowledge and experience in developing applications using Atlassian developer tools, Java 7/8/9, Javascript, Apache, JBOSS, Red Hat Linux, SoapUI, JSP, HTML5.
• Having experience in J2EE [ Hibernate, Struts, Spring, JSF ]
• Should have worked on Spring boot
• Should have hands-on experience on microservices & web services Experience in implementation of rest services
• Knowledge on open source technologies related to java & spring boot like Kafka, Redis, etc
• Knowledge and minimum hands-on Cassandra, Oracle DB & Postgres databases.

• Having good experience in using standard middleware integration/interface architecture and techniques (SOA, SOAP / WSDL / XML, Web services, REST, SAML, APIs).
• Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Management Information Systems or a related discipline or the equivalentyears of relevant business & technical experience. Advanced degree preferable.
• Excellent written/verbal communication, problem-solving, and analytical skills.
• Ability to present and absorb complex ideas quickly and accurately.
• Used Agile development methodology of software development.

• Working independently and delivering on agreed upon timelines.
• Experience in Telecommunications projects will be an added advantage.
