Daily calling/arranging to call to Debtors pending beyond the credit limit sanctioned (50 per day).
Preparing the Daily report of Recovery against Due Debtors(Debtorwise) and submitting the same to assistant auditor and RFC and BM and RM
Ticket issue entry on the basis amadeus extract.At End of day,Match the entry done in tally with duly signed sales verfication report.(SVR to be signed by BM,Cashier,RE)
Keep track of Manual Cash Book Register, Sales Verification Report On receiving the tickets for refund, verify in GDS whether ticket is refundable and then approve the refund voucher.
Authorizing Special discounts in coordination with Branch Manager Maintaining Cash Reports and discrepancy reports on daily basis. Preparing dormant customers data.
Prepare Bank Reconciliation statement on every 15th and 30/31st of the month and submit to assistant auditor
