ONLY MALE

  • Bachelor Degree - Excellent communications skills in Arabic and English (verbal & writing),
  • Age group of 30-40 years, presentable, minimum experience of 5 to 6 years in a position as Executive Secretary to Chairman/Executive President/General Manger of medium to big Companies.
  • Preparing reports and correspondence
  • Arranging meetings and taking minutes of the meeting
  • Arranging travel related issues
  • Liaising with other members of the team.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English & Arabic Language for Bilingual Executive Secretary
  • Candidate with the Immediate availability will be preferred
