Job: Service delivery and quality assurance manager.
The right candidate would have similar experience in a system integrator environment, responsible for setting service quality and efficiency procedures internally , and overseeing timely delivery of projects and services, ultimately the goal is to deliver premium services that ensures high retention rate of clients and build on existing customer base to expand support business in time.
Technical knowledge is preferable but not a must, communication, presentation skills and good team leadership is required. Possessing a Sales flare is a definite advantage.
