PRIMARY PURPOSE (One short statement of why the role exists)

Key responsibilities:

The candidate will be responsible to handle the over all functional responsibility of the Premium Cars Unit in Nigeria. He will handle the complete Branding & Marketing of the Premium Cars with P & L responsibility of the entire unit.

Brand In charge for Vehicles in Nigeria;
Responsible for all Sales & Marketing Related activities;
Imparting sales training to all the junior staff. 
Preparing orders for ordering of vehicles from the parent company;
Setting Yearly / Monthly Sales targets for selling the cars;
Coordinating with the After Sales Service & Spare parts Department for improvisation & implementation of current workshop systems / projects to ensure / achieve maximum customer satisfaction;
Attending to Customer queries & answering their queries;
Retaining existing customers & meeting New / Prospective buyers;
Conducting Sales Updates meetings and providing updates to all branches Nationwide;
Conducting New product Launch & Sales training for Media & local staff;
Preparing Sales & Inventory Reports and sending the same to Management & Principals;
Allocate and review jobs completed by junior staffs;
Assist and train junior staff
Any Research as required
Handling & Supporting (Honda, Skoda,Nissan,VW, Audi , Hyundai) to increase car sales of all the brands marketed the Group.

B E/ B Tech
8-15 years experience with Premium Cars
Should have excellent communication skills
Should have been with P & L
