POSITION OF CANDIDATE: Business Development Manager
ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES OF THE CANDIDATE :
This position denotes that the work will be associated with all sales, marketing and business development activities required to expand the Companys growth, such as -
1. Effective coordination between the Head Office in Lagos and the wide network of distributors across Pan Nigeria.
2. Analysis of SKU movement in different zones and prioritizing sales and promotion activities.
3. Organizing Sales Campaign and simulations in various zones through effective handling of Sales Team.
4. Managing and coordinating Sales Executives stationed at different towns in Nigeria.
5. Distributors Account Management.
6. Create and develop new markets for Company's range of products.
7. Develop existing markets to build up more market share and hang-on to it.
8. Maintain and enhance excellent customer relationship.
EDUCATIONAL QUALIFICATIONS: Graduate, preferably MBA/ Post-Graduate with specialization in Sales & Marketing.
AGE GROUP: 25-28 years of age.
WORK EXPERIENCE : 5-8 years, in a Biscuit/ Confectionery/ Food Manufacturing/ FMCG Industry only. Should have worked in Nigeria for at least 2-3 years in the same field.
LOCATION: This position will be based at Lagos. However the person will be on official trips often to any part of the country as per the demands of the job.
REPORTING TO: GM Sales & Marketing.
