Marketing Manager for Hashimy Group (Afghanistan)

Experience: 4 to 7 yrs.

Main Job Tasks and Responsibilities

1- To formulate the contents of marketing mix and put forth an effective marketing plan. 

2- Shall be in touch with the management to develop marketing strategies for LukOil products the company is going to launch. 

3- Has to keep an eye on the current state of the market and the details of the competitors in the same class. Before the finalization of the marketing plan, he has to conduct an exhaustive market research that will really help in the advertising and promotional campaigns of the product.

4- To supervise the daily work of sales, marketing, advertising, and product promotion executives. 

5- Has to evaluate the plans and strategies on the basis of Return On Investment (ROI). 

6- Has to discuss with the company management regarding the pricing strategies and budget of the marketing campaigns.

7- To oversee if the product is advertised effectively through all decided sources of media such as television, newspapers, handouts, magazines, etc. 

8- Has to oversee all components of the product life cycle management.

9- To research on methods to improve or meliorate the efficiency of selling of products. 

Job Location: Kabul, Afghanistan

Duration: Close-ended Contract Renewable 


1- At least four to five years of related experience preferably in Marketing 
2- Bachelor degree in related field 
3- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills English;
4- Negotiation Skills
5- Ability to do effective Marketing with customers (End-Users), superiors and colleagues
6- Good command over MS office package.
